This Agreement for Construction Management Services (“Agreement”) for the Heritage High School pool, team rooms and campus maintenance addition, is made effective as of April 15, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between: (i) the Perris Union High School District (“District”), a California public school district; and (ii) Paul C. Miller Construction Co., Inc., dba Miller Construction (“Construction Manager”), a California corporation. The District and the Construction Manager may be referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
