This Agreement is between the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), an administrative agency within the executive branch of the State of Texas, having its principal office at 4601 West Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas 78751, and Wellcare of Texas, Inc. (Medicare Advantage Health Plan or MA Health Plan), an entity organized under the laws of the State of and having its principal office at 5900 East Ben White Blvd., Austin, Texas 78741. HHSC and MA Health Plan may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
