The parties to this Grant Agreement (Agreement) are the State of Illinois (State), acting through the undersigned agency (Grantor) and Voortman USA Holding Corp (Grantee) (collectively, the "Parties" and individually, a "Party"). The Agreement, consisting of the signature page, the parts listed below, and any additional exhibits or attachments referenced in this Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. No promises, terms, or conditions not recited, incorporated or referenced herein, including prior agreements or oral discussions, are binding upon either Grantee or Grantor.
