Volunteer. I agree that I have agreed to serve as a volunteer for C.A.R.E., Inc. (“C.A.R.E.”), a nonprofit and all volunteer organization, whose mission it is to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoption, as well as to promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering shelters in our community. As a volunteer, I offer to perform of my own volition and expressly acknowledge and agree to perform my services without monetary compensation. I agree that I am not and will not become an employee, partner, agent, or officer of C.A.R.E. upon execution of this Agreement or by way of my performance of volunteer services.
