I, the undersigned Releasor (as defined below), am eligible to participate in the settlement of World Trade Center-related rescue, recovery, debris removal and clean-up litigation which settlement is known collectively as the World Trade Center Litigation Settlement Process Agreement and Final Settlement Agreement (hereinafter, “Final Settlement Agreement”).
