The Dublin Unified School District (“District”) and the Dublin Teachers Association (“DTA” or “Association”) are parties to a collective bargaining agreement that expires June 30, 2021. The parties are negotiating for a successor agreement. The District makes the following package proposal to the Association for a three-year successor contract.
