THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date, as said term is hereinafter defined, by and between the City of North Royalton, a municipality of the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, with its principal place of business located at 14600 State Road, North Royalton, Ohio 44133 (the “Seller”) and 12-8 Royalton Road, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Purchaser”), principal place of business located at 10499 Royalton Rd, North Royalton, OH 44133.
