The terms and conditions in this document constitute the 2025-2026 Academic Year Housing Contract (“Contract”) and apply to a student living in the Ball State University (“University”) on- campus residence halls. This Contract must be agreed to by the student (and the student’s parent/legal guardian if the student is a minor) before a student is allowed to live in the University’s residence halls.
