All other funds, accounts and property which by the express provisions of this Indenture is required to be subject to the lien hereof, and any additional property that, from time to time, by delivery or by writing of any kind, may be subjected to the lien hereof, by the Issuer or by anyone on its behalf, and the Trustee is hereby authorized to receive the same at any time as additional security hereunder; provided, however, that the Trust Estate shall not include amounts on deposit in the Rebate Fund;
