This Undergraduate Articulation and Transfer Agreement (“Articulation”) is entered into between the Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges, doing business as Chadron State College (CSC) and Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (GPU), located in the People’s Republic of China. CSC and GPU are referred to collectively as the Parties.
