Interlocal Agreement for Professional Services • February 26th, 2013 • Texas

The term of this Interlocal Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2013 and shall remain in effect through December 31, 2013. Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods. The Agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement by the PEBC membership and NCTCOG. This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either of the parties with a 180-day notification in writing to all parties. In the event a member ceases to be a member of the PEBC, this Agreement shall continue in full force for the benefit of the remaining Members, unless terminated as otherwise described in the Agreement.
