For the purposes of these Credentialing and Recredentialing Program policies, the SSI Affiliates identified in Exhibit A of the Southeast Services, Inc. Agreement (or identified in the “Definition” section of the SSI Dental Provider and Oral Surgery Provider Agreements)and HealthKeepers, Inc., Peninsula Health Care, Inc., and Priority Health Care, Inc., are collectively referred to herein as “Company” unless otherwise noted.
