This Lease is made and entered into by and between Dane County, Wisconsin, a Wisconsin quasi-municipal corporation (hereinafter, “Lessor”) and Midwestern Wheels, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation and Vehicle Rental Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (each, a “Lessee” or collectively, “Lessees”), and shall be effective as of the date it is fully executed by all parties.
