This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 2022, by and between the City of Walnut Creek, a municipal corporation and licensor, (“City”), The Seven Hills School, a California non-profit public benefit organization and licensee (“School”), and the Equestrian Center of Walnut Creek, Inc., a non-profit corporation ("Equestrian Center") and current license holder for the Equestrian Center facilities at Heather Farm Park.
