This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the ACity@) and the Lincoln M Class Employee=s Association (hereinafter referred to as the ALMCEA@) effective as of the 23rd day of August, 2018. The City agrees to provide wages and benefits under the conditions identified in this Agreement.
