This Restated and Amended Operating Agreement (the "Agreement") of Robert Ventures Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), is made and entered into effective as of October 9, 2024, by and among Robert Ventures LLC (in its capacity as the Company’s manager, the "Manager") and the person(s) listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto under the caption "Members" (the "Members"). This Agreement restates, amends, and supersedes the original Operating Agreement of the Company, which was made effective May 3, 2022, in its entirety.
