THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, made and entered into this 6th day of May 2025, to be effective September 14, 2023 except as otherwise provided herein, by and between the representatives of the County of Tehama (a public agency as defined in Section 3501(c) of Chapter 10 of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California), hereinafter referred to as “County”, and the Tehama County Peace Officers Association (a recognized employee organization as defined in Section 3501(b) of Chapter 10 of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California), hereinafter referred to as “Association”.
