This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, a public body corporate, on behalf of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (“Department” or “Athletics”) at the University of Nebraska-Omaha (“University”), and Adrian E. Dowell Jr. (“Mr. Dowell”), an individual, hereinafter referred to collectively as the Parties.
