This ECONOMIC INCENTIVE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into this day of , 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between the VILLAGE OF OSWEGO, an Illinois Home Rule Municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”) and WHITETAIL RIDGE GOLF CLUB, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”), collectively also “Parties” or “Party”.
