THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on this day of , 2021, by and between the City of Yakima, Washington, a Washington municipal corporation with its principal office at 129 North Second Street, Yakima, WA 98901, hereinafter referred to as "CITY," and Landau Associates, with its principal office at 155 NE 100th Street, Ste 302, Seattle, WA 98125, hereinafter referred to as "ENGINEER"; said corporation and its principal engineers are licensed and registered to do business in the State of Washington, and will provide engineering services under this AGREEMENT for the 1808 North First Street project on behalf of the City of Yakima, herein referred to as the "PROJECT."
