This Agreement entered into by the City of Clyde, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association (OPBA), hereinafter referred to as the Union, has as its purpose, to comply with the requirements of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; and to set forth the wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment as well as the prompt and equitable settlement of grievances for those employees included in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
