This Landmark Credit Union Business eDeposit Services Addendum (“eDeposit Addendum”) is incorporated into and made a part of the Landmark Credit Union Cash Management Services Agreement (together with this and all other Addenda and Schedules, the “Agreement”). This eDeposit Addendum to perform remote check deposit services is made between Member and Landmark Credit Union and, together with the other provisions of this Agreement, forms the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the Services defined below. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this eDeposit Addendum have the meanings assigned elsewhere in the Agreement.
