The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Lubbock Independent School District (“Subrecipient”), collectively referred to as the “Parties” to that certain Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Services Grant Program contract, effective September 1, 2020, and denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000640200003 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
