This Master Agreement is issued by the MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board “Primary Operator” under the authority of the MassHire Department of Career Services (MassHire) and MassAbility for the provision of employment services for NextGen Careers consumers that have completed training offered through the MassHire/NextGenTraining Partnership. Upon execution (signature) of this Agreement by both parties and receipt of the executed Agreement by Primary Operator, the Work Statement description, the MassHire/NextGen employment process, the payment schedule, the Terms and Conditions, and the Grievance Procedures will be incorporated by reference into any services provided by the employer or training vendor. Performance shall include services rendered, obligations due, costs incurred, or other commitments authorized under the Enrollment and Payment Procedures.
