The Children’s Trust of Alachua County (“Donors”) and The Community Foundation of North Central Florida (“Foundation”) to evidence the absolute transfer by the Donors of certain property to the Foundation in order to establish a Field of Interest Fund to be administered in accordance with the provisionsset forth below.
