THIS CONTRACT (“Contract” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 11th day of January, 2021, by and between the City of Sparks, Nevada, a municipal corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called “City,” and Kaempfer Crowell, Ltd., a Nevada professional corporation and a qualified consultant in the class of work required, hereinafter called “Consultant.”
