Port Jefferson Village (the “Licensee”) is the landowner and oversees the Port Jefferson Village Beach Street Community Garden. The “Garden Manager” of the Garden and administers the Garden Rules. The Garden Manager is an individual appointed by the Licensee to manage the Garden and administers the Garden Rules. This document is a legal contract between you and the Licensee.
