Campus Housing Agreement and Contract for DISL InternsCampus Housing Agreement • May 11th, 2018
Interns not able to find their own housing on the island, should contact their DISL Faculty contact to request DISL housing on campus. (DISL housing is limited and may be unavailable). Once the faculty member is notified of a housing need, they are required to complete the Intern Housing Request Form found on the DISL Intranet site http://dislnet.disl.org, under Forms, University Program Forms. Once the form is completed by the DISL faculty member, it is submitted for approval by the UP Chair and UP Registrar. The approved Intern Housing Request Form is then sent to the DISL Office Administrator, Lei Wang to check upon available housing.
