This Model Marketplace Agreement (“Agrccmcnīˮ) is made as of the Effective Date set forth below by and between Altruist LLC (“Alīruisīˮ) and the registered investment adviser firm executing this Agreement (“Advisorˮ), each a “Parīyˮ and together, the “Parīics.ˮ This Agreement shall become effective as of the date Altruist accepts the Agreement, which may be reflected on internal documents maintained by Altruist (the “Efificcīivc «aīcˮ).
