Livingston Communications, d/b/a LivCom.com (“LivCom”) offers our customers Internet Services (the “Service” or “Services”) subject to these terms and conditions(the “Agreement”). For purposes of this Agreement, “you,” “your,” “Customer,” and “Member” refer to the person purchasing the Services. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to LivCom.
