Seller is made aware that this Residential Purchase Agreement is one of multiple offers submitted on multiple properties concurrently by the Buyer(s). Terms and conditions may be different in each RPA. Terms and conditions contained herein agreed by both parties are considered valid and enforceable only when this addendum is signed a SECOND time by the Buyer(s) AFTER a timed and dated signature of the Seller(s) acceptance of the RPA and accompanying Counter Offers, if any.
