North Dakota ("BND"), FIRST WESTERN BANK & TRUST (the "Originating Lender") UNITED PULSE TRADING INC (the "Borrower(s)") for the purpose of setting out the terms and conditions governing the use of monies by BND in the State of North Dakota's Agriculture Diversification and Development Fund for the purpose of a buydown on the interest for the loan (the "Loan") received by the Borrower from the Originating Lender as evidenced by a promissory note dated and other loan documents . BND, the Originating Lender, and the Borrower agree as follows:
