You should review this entire Agreement because all of the terms and conditions are important and create a legal agreement that, after being accepted by you, applies to your entity or organization. By using or accessing our Services and/or accepting the terms and conditions where the option is made available to you on our web site, (i) you agree to the terms in this Agreement; and (ii) you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind your entity or organization to these terms.
