This is the Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (the member) and KALSEE Credit Union (“Credit Union”), a Credit Union, whose principal place of business is located at 5220 Lover’s Lane, Suite 200, Portage, MI 49002 regarding your accounts with the Credit Union. By establishing an account with the Credit Union, you agree that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and the Credit Union. It includes and incorporates your Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, Funds Availability Disclosure, and other documents relevant to your account.
