WHEREAS, on , 2022, the Seabrook City Council addressed the request by Seabrook American Flag Initiative, a non-profit corporation, duly registered in the State of Texas and qualified as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the United State Internal Revenue Code, located at P.O. Box 1176, Seabrook, TX 77586 (“SAFI”), to allow it to provide donations to the City of Seabrook, a municipality in the state of Texas, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586 (“CITY”), for temporary placement of additional fully assembled American Flags through donations or grants secured by SAFI, and to work cooperatively with the City on such matters, for the time referenced time period, and in the manner provided hereafter; and,
