THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of May, 2023, by and between the LAKE BERRYESSA RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, a special district of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and TELSTAR INSTRUMENTS, whose business address is 1717 Solano Way #34, Concord, CA 94520, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” DISTRICT and CONTRACTOR may be referred to below individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
