This agreement is between a RealTruck Group, Inc. ("RTG") Company (as identified in the applicable purchase orders) herein referred to as the “Buyer” and the party to the purchase orders issued by Buyer (the “Purchase Order(s) and having an address as specified on the Purchase Orders, hereinafter referred to as “Seller.” Both Buyer and Seller (the “Parties”) agree to these terms and conditions for all Purchase Orders given by Buyer to Seller at any time.
