This Memorandum of Understanding (the “Agreement”) is agreed to automatically when displaying and registering ProTrain classes within Augusoft Lumens. These terms and conditions are agreed upon between the (SCHOOL NAME) ,(SCHOOL ADDRESS) (herein after “Institution”), and ProTrain, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, with its principal office at 2621 Bradford Grove Place, Raleigh, NC 27606 (hereinafter “The Company” or “Company”).
