This license agreement, including exhibits attached ("Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and NVIDIA Corporation ("NVIDIA") and governs your use of the NVIDIA Maxine software development kits, namely the Video Effects SDK, Audio Effects SDK, and/or AR SDK, as made available to you under this Agreement (“SDK”).
