THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Inteconnex, LLC, 4531 S. 88th St., Ste. B., Omaha, NE 68127, hereinafter called the Contractor, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission hereinafter called the “Owners”.
