If an IRAP unit takes a different form than a joint unit, within the meaning of the Law on Higher Education, the naming of the parties to the Agreement, and its selected provisions, are subject to change, but the basic assumptions of the Agreement will remain unchanged, including in particular the rights and obligations of the parties.
