THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas (Kansas City, Kansas Police Department) (hereinafter referred to as the “UG - KCKPD”) and the Unified School District 500, Wyandotte County, Kansas. (hereinafter referred to as “USD 500”).
