This Software as a Service Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement” or “CMS Subscription Agreement”) has been entered into by and between Pine Technologies LLC (“PINE”), with its principal place of business in Utah and The County of Lancaster, Nebraska on behalf of Lancaster County Community Corrections (“LCCC”) and the Lancaster County Department of Corrections ("LCDC"), hereafter collectively referred to as the "County", with its principal place of business in Nebraska.
