This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements the Terms of Use Agreement between BumbleBee Marketing Services and [Customer], (hereinafter “Customer”) and, or other agreement between Customer and BumbleBee Marketing Services governing Customer’s use of the Service Offerings (collectively, the “Agreement”) when the GDPR applies to your use of our Services to process Customer Data. This DPA is an agreement between you and the entity you represent (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and BumbleBee Marketing Services under the Agreement (“BumbleBee Marketing Services”, “We”, “Our”, “Data Processor”). Unless otherwise defined in this DPA or in the Agreement, all capitalized terms used in this DPA will have the meanings given to them in in the definitions section of this DPA.
