All unmarried first-year students, or transfer students not transferring 30 credit hours or more, who live outside a fifty-mile radius of the Uptown Campus and are under the age of 21 years are required to live in the University of Cincinnati’s housing (“University Housing”) their first academic year. Non-matriculating students and students enrolled in College Credit Plus, or other similar dual-enrollment programs, are not eligible for University Housing without express authorization.
