THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Lynden, a non-charter code city and municipal corporation (“City”), and Reichhardt and Ebe Engineering, Inc., an Engineering Firm, (“Consultant”). For the purposes of this Agreement, City and Consultant may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
