This Agreement is made on the <date>Appointment of Approved Inspector • November 21st, 2020
This Agreement relates to and shall be deemed to include the whole of the Terms of Appointment and Fee Offer herewith applicable to the project, to provide the statutory services of an Approved Inspector as specified in the Building Act 1984. The law in England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the Courts in England and Wales apply to this Agreement.
