This Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective on April 1st, 2023, by and between the Secretary of Transportation, Kansas Department of Transportation (“KDOT”) (the “Secretary”), and the Overland Park (“Recipient”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall govern certain activities and responsibilities to be conducted by the Recipient on behalf of the Secretary.
