This is an Agreement, effective October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2018 entered into between the Wayne County Probate Court, (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and the Government Administrators Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") for and on behalf of the Association and the Employees (hereinafter referred to as "Employees"), now or hereafter employed by the Employer in the job classifications set forth in attached Appendix A (hereinafter referred to as the “Bargaining Unit”).
