It is understood that it is the mutual desire of both The University of West Florida Board of Trustees with a principal place of business at 11000 University Parkway, Building 10, Pensacola, Florida 32514 (hereinafter referred to as "UWF"), and with a principal place of business at (hereinafter referred to as "Contracting Entity/Person") to disclose certain confidential information pursuant to this agreement ("Agreement").
